Hi! I’m Gillian and I am the General Manager/Head Trainer of Title Boxing Club in Manchester, NH! I’m a dog mom, fitness professional, and boss babe!
Tell us about TITLE Boxing Club!
Title Boxing Club is not just your average gym. We are a community of people who love to box for fitness! Each class is a high energy, authentic, heavy bag workout that gets your whole body working. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone muscle, gain confidence, or just have fun, Title Boxing Club is the place for you!
What does a “day in the life” look like for you?
As the manager and a trainer at Title, my days are always non stop and that is just howI like it! Most days I start off working with some personal training clients on helping them work towards their fitness goals whether with strength training or boxing technique. I spend a few hours of my day reaching out to interested prospects and offering them the opportunity to come in and try out a class with us at the Club! All day long at the Club, I get to interact with people from all walks of life and all fitness backgrounds and goals coming together in one amazing community! The best part of my day is when I get to put on the microphone and teach class! I love to see people working hard and pushing themselves to become their best versions of themselves!
What are your goals for your business in the next 3-5 years?
In the next 3-5 years, I would love to see Title Boxing Club grow and gain more members! Ideally, I’d love to see another Title Boxing Club location in New Hampshire!
What are your favorites local spots?
Hometown Roasters, Bearded Baker, Granite State Candy Shop, The Copper Door, Lighthouse Local/ Bird Food Baking Company and Manchester Craft Market!
What is your best piece of advice for people looking to start a business?
Do it! And put your soul into it! If you believe in what you are selling or what you are providing and you can are genuine in sharing that experience, you will be successful.
